We are looking to hire an IT Support Consultant to evaluate our IT and network infrastructure as well as implement procedures to improve our system administration.
- Assess BOLINGO Consult’s IT and network infrastructure and propose improvements based on internal IT policies, procedures, and ISMS (Information Security Management Systems) requirements and best practices.
- OS updates and activation for two (2) desktop computers and seven (7) laptop computers.
- Implement system administration measures to help monitor system health, monitor and allocate system resources like disk space, perform backups, provide user access, manage user accounts and monitor system security.
- Implement key solutions based on the outcomes of assessment of BOLINGO Consult is IT and network infrastructure.
Required Qualification
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong experience in system and network administration.
- Experience with Google Workspace configuration with windows and other OS as well as end-point management with Google.
- Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail as well as strong communication and collaboration skills
