We are looking to hire a Software and IT Support Engineer to join our team to spearhead the development of an E-Learning marketplace. 

Responsibilities (Software Engineering_70%)

• Design, develop, and maintain the e-learning platform using modern web development technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code as well as Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. 
• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages and developing back-end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality and ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs and meeting both technical and consumer needs.

Responsibilities (IT Support_30%)

• Implement system administration measures to help monitor system health, monitor and allocate system resources like disk space, perform backups, provide user access, manage user accounts and monitor system security.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS
• Experience with back-end technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Experience with PHP and Node.js
• Must be familiar with Agile methodologies and cloud computing platforms such as AWS, EC2
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Must have a working Github repo with latest contributions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail as well as strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong experience in system and network administration. 
• Experience with Google Workspace configuration with windows and other OS as well as end-point management with Google.
